BACON-WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Drain and dry chestnuts. Mix with hoisin sauce.
  • Cut each bacon rasher into strips long enough to wrap around each chestnut. Secure with toothpick.
  • Arrange on a foil-covered tray. Roast for 10 - 15 minutes until bacon is crisp.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams canned whole water chestnuts
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 10 rashers bacon, rind removed
