Preparation Method :
- Sift flour into a mixing bowl, pour in little boiling water at a time to make a soft dough.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured board and knead for about 10 minutes or until it feels pliable.
- Wrap in plastic food wrap and set aside to rest for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness on a lightly floured surface and cut into discs. Brush tops of circles with sesame oil and press oiled surfaces in pairs.
- Roll out each sandwich into a slightly bigger circle. Heat a small quantity of vegetable oil in a heavy frying pan and cook pancakes for about 1 - 1½ minutes on each side.
- Remove and peel apart before stacking on a warm plate. Spread each pancake with a little bean paste, a slice of spring onion and a spoonful of pork. Roll up and serve.
