SPICY BEEF SATAY

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine steak with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes. Soak bamboo satay in water.
  • Thread three to four slices on each satay stick. Leave 2 cm at the pointed end of stick without meat.
  • A thin strip of foil can be wound around the blunt end of each stick to decorate.
  • Combine curry paste, peanut butter and sherry. Spread thinly over beef.
  • Brush with oil and cook under a preheated grill 1 - 2 minutes on each side.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams grilling steak, cut in thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons curry paste
  • 5 tablespoons peanut butter or sesame paste
  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
