SPICY BEEF SATAY

Preparation Method :
- Combine steak with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes. Soak bamboo satay in water.
- Thread three to four slices on each satay stick. Leave 2 cm at the pointed end of stick without meat.
- A thin strip of foil can be wound around the blunt end of each stick to decorate.
- Combine curry paste, peanut butter and sherry. Spread thinly over beef.
- Brush with oil and cook under a preheated grill 1 - 2 minutes on each side.

- 5 tablespoons peanut butter or sesame paste
