SLICED BEEF WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and stir briefly. Add a third of beef.
- Stir-fry 1 minute until it changes color. Remove and repeat with remaining slices.
- Return beef to pan. Add soy sauce and sherry, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in stock.
- Blend corn flour with oyster sauce, remaining stock, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
- Stir in to thicken.
- Serve at once.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 750 grams grilling steak, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 250 beef stock
- Corn flour
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
