Preparation Method :
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes until hard boiled.
- Drain and cool at once by placing in iced water.
- Tap each egg with the back of a spoon until cracks appear all over.
- Take enough water in a pan so that the eggs are covered with water.
- Keep the pan on fire and add tea leaves, cinnamon, stir anise and soya sauce.
- Simmer gently on low flame for at least ½ hour. Allow to cool and shell before serving. Serve along with chilli sauce.
