Preparation Method :
- Combine prawns, ham, ginger, sesame seeds, corn flour, sugar and sherry.
- Cut the small drumsticks off the wings, leaving the middle piece and wing top intact.
- Twist the wing at the joint between the middle piece, scrape the meat away; do not break the skin. Pull away bone.
- Fill bone cavity with teaspoonfuls of prawn mixture.
- Combine soy sauce, five spice powder and honey; brush mixture over chicken wings; deep fry in hot oil about 5 minutes or until wings are golden brown.

- 50 grams ham, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon corn flour
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
