TOMATO EGG DROP CORIANDER SOUP

Preparation Method :
- In a wok, bring stock to boil.
- Add all the ingredients except egg and chopped coriander.
- Boil together for 1 - 2 minutes. Reduce heat.
- Now add the beaten egg & stir immediately to form threads.
- Finish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 4 tomatoes - deseeded and cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons soya sauce
- salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon aji-no-moto
- Coriander - chopped & washed
- 1 egg - beaten
