TOMATO EGG DROP CORIANDER SOUP

Serves :

Preparation Time :
25 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a wok, bring stock to boil.
  • Add all the ingredients except egg and chopped coriander.
  • Boil together for 1 - 2 minutes. Reduce heat.
  • Now add the beaten egg & stir immediately to form threads.
  • Finish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.    

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 4 tomatoes - deseeded and cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon aji-no-moto
  • Coriander - chopped & washed
  • 1 egg - beaten
