Preparation Method :
- Mix pork, prawn, shallots, eggs, salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil together. Place a teaspoon of filling onto a wonton skin. Moisten edges with egg white.
 - Fold skin in half to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Fold the corners of the long edge together and fasten with egg white.
 - Repeat until all wonton skins are filled.
 - Drop dumplings into boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes; drain.
 - Place four dumplings into each bowl. Cover with boiling stock and sprinkle with shallots.

- 30 wonton skins
 - 2 eggs white, beaten
 - 2 liters boiling salted water
 - 2 liters boiling chicken stock
 - 4 shallots, finely chopped

- 350 grams pork, minced
 - 350 grams prawn meat, chopped
 - 4 shallots, finely chopped
 - 3 eggs, beaten
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 6 teaspoons soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
