Preparation Method :
- Boil the stock in a sauce-pan.
- Add the soy sauce and seasoning (salt and white pepper).
- Remove it from the fire and then pour the egg through the tines of a fork from several inches above the pot in a very slow stream (this will set in strands which look like flowers.) Begin stirring as soon as the egg is poured. Stir it in one direction only for 1 minute.
- In a serving bowl first place the chopped spring onions and then sprinkle the sesame oil.
- Lastly add the soup and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 15 spring onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 2 litres chicken stock
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
