CHICKEN STOCK

Makes :
10 Cups

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients in a cooker. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
  • Cool and remove the meat from the bones. (This meat can be used in soups, fried rice, noodles).
  • Add the bones to the liquid in the cooker along with 1 cup of water and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Strain and use the stock for soups and sauces.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chicken - cleaned (keep whole or cut into 8 big pieces)
  • 1 onion - grated or sliced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 litre of water
