CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil chicken stock. Add chicken meat, ham, mushrooms and carrots. Boil for 1 -minute. Add boiled noodles.
  • Add salt, pepper and aji-no-motto. Serve hot garnished with diagonally cut leaves of leeks or spring onions.
  • Serve along with soya sauce, green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams noodles - boiled
  • 1 litre chicken stock
  • 1 cooked chicken breast - shredded
  • 50 grams cooked ham - shredded
  • 50 grams fresh mushrooms - cut into thin slices
  • 1 carrot - shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ajinomoto
  • spring onion or leeks - for garnishing
