KIWI FRUIT AND GINGER ICE

Preparation Time :
25 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine sugar and water in pan, stir over heat until sugar is dissolved, bring to boil for about 10 minutes uncovered, without stirring; cool to room temperature.
  • Blend or process kiwi fruit until smooth; strain to remove most of the seeds. Add kiwi fruit to syrup with Ginger Wine.
  • Pour into lamington tin, cover with foil, freeze 1 hour or until almost set.
  • Place the mixture into small bowl of processor, process until smooth. Pour back into tin, cover and freeze overnight.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 4 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Green Ginger Wine
