CHINESE SPINACH SALAD

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Trim the spinach, leaving in central stalks, and wash thoroughly in cold water. Cook in a little boiling salted water until just tender.
  • Drain well, then refresh under cold running water.
  • Drain the spinach again, squeezing out all the water, then cut each leaf into 3 or 4 pieces and place in a salad bowl. Allow to cool.
  • Combine the sesame seed oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and mustard in a screw-topped jar.
  • Pour the dressing over the spinach and toss well. Chill before serving.
  • Serve at once.

INGREDIENTS

  • 700 grams spinach
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon made mustard
