Preparation Method :
- 500 gram vermicelli noodles, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes and drained.
 - Drain mushrooms and squeeze dry. Discard stalks and slice caps.
 - Heat oil in a wok. Add onions, garlic, capsicums and celery, and stir fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
 - Stir in mushrooms, bean sprouts and chestnuts. Pour over pineapple juice, vinegar and sauces. Bring to the boil.
 - Stir in vermicelli; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 3 - 5 minutes until vermicelli are tender.

 - 100 ml Cooking oil
 - 4 onions cut in wedges
 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
 - 2 green capsicums, sliced
 - 2 red capsicums, sliced
 - 4 stalks celery, sliced
 - 500 grams bean sprouts
 - 10 canned water chestnuts, halved
 - 250 ml pine apple juice
 - 2 tablespoons white vinegar
 - 2 teaspoons chili sauce
 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
