VEGETARIAN ABALONE WITH MUSHROOMS

Preparation Method :
- Heat oil; add salt mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Stir fry 2 minutes.
 - Add sherry, soy sauce and vegetarian abalone slices.
 - Simmer 3 - 4 minutes covered. Fold in shallots.
 - Thicken with blended corn flour if desired.
 - serve it.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 15 medium mushrooms, cut into 1 cm slices
 - 300 grams bamboo shoots, sliced
 - 2 tablespoons dry sherry
 - 4 teaspoons light soy sauce
 - 350 grams canned vegetarian abalone, sliced
 - 4 medium shallots cut into 2 cm lengths
 - 4 teaspoons corn flour blended with
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable stock
