VEGETARIAN ABALONE WITH MUSHROOMS

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil; add salt mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Stir fry 2 minutes.
  • Add sherry, soy sauce and vegetarian abalone slices.
  • Simmer 3 - 4 minutes covered. Fold in shallots.
  • Thicken with blended corn flour if desired.
  • serve it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 medium mushrooms, cut into 1 cm slices
  • 300 grams bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 4 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 350 grams canned vegetarian abalone, sliced
  • 4 medium shallots cut into 2 cm lengths
  • 4 teaspoons corn flour blended with
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable stock
