HONEYED SNOW PEAS AND ASPARAGUS

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Top and tail snow peas, peel ends of asparagus and slice asparagus diagonally.
  • Boil steam or microwave asparagus until just tender; drain and refresh in cold water.
  • Drop snow peas into pan of boiling water; drain immediately, refresh in cold water.
  • Heat sesame oil and sesame seeds in wok, add snow peas, asparagus, honey and ginger; stir-fry until heated through.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunches asparagus  
  • 250 grams snow peas
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
