Preparation Method :
- Place in the broccoli with ginger, shallot and water in a pan, bring to boil, until tender; drain.
 - Discard ginger and shallot. Heat oil, soy sauce, sherry and sugar in wok or pan, pour over broccoli. Sprinkle broccoli with almonds.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams broccoli, Cut into florets
 - 5 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
 - 1 green shallot, chopped
 - 200 ml water
 - 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
 - 2 teaspoons dry sherry
 - 2 teaspoons sugar
 - 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
