GINGER BROCCOLI

Preparation Time :
25 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place in the broccoli with ginger, shallot and water in a pan, bring to boil, until tender; drain.
  • Discard ginger and shallot. Heat oil, soy sauce, sherry and sugar in wok or pan, pour over broccoli. Sprinkle broccoli with almonds.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams broccoli, Cut into florets
  • 5 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
  • 1 green shallot, chopped
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
