EIGHT MINUTE VEGETABLES

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a large wok heat oil. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry 1 minute.
  • Add cabbage, green capsicum and broccoli and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  • Add bean sprouts and stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stock, soy sauce and sugar.
  • Cook for 3 minutes and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 clove garlics, crushed
  • 8 slices fresh ginger root, finely chopped
  • 1 Chinese cabbage, sliced
  • 2 small green capsicum, shredded
  • 500 grams broccoli, trimmed into florets
  • 250 grams bean sprouts, washed and shaken dry
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
