Preparation Method :
- In a large wok heat oil. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry 1 minute.
 - Add cabbage, green capsicum and broccoli and stir-fry 3 minutes.
 - Add bean sprouts and stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stock, soy sauce and sugar.
 - Cook for 3 minutes and serve.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 2 clove garlics, crushed
 - 8 slices fresh ginger root, finely chopped
 - 1 Chinese cabbage, sliced
 - 2 small green capsicum, shredded
 - 500 grams broccoli, trimmed into florets
 - 250 grams bean sprouts, washed and shaken dry
 - 250 ml chicken stock
 - 4 teaspoons soy sauce
 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar
