CREAMED CHINESE CABBAGE

Preparation Method :
- Melt butter in wok, add cabbage stems, stir-fry over low heat 1 minute.
 - Add milk and crumbled stock cubes, cover, simmer until stems are just tender, add blended cream and flour, cook until mixture boils and thickens.
 - Serve cabbage topped with pork and shallots.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch Chinese cabbage, Rinse, discard leafy parts, Cut into strips
 - 75 grams butter
 - 100 ml milk
 - 2 chicken stock cubes
 - 150 ml cream
 - 2 teaspoons plain flour
 - 2 tablespoons barbecued pork, finely chopped
 - 2 green shallots finely chopped
