RICE NOODLES SINGAPORE STYLE

Preparation Method :
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes and then drain well.
 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan or wok and make a thin pancake with the beaten eggs. Remove from pan & cut into thin strips.
 - Heat wok and add 1 tablespoon oil. Fry ginger and bean sprouts for 2 minutes.
 - Add garlic, cooked ham and chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
 - Add rice noodles and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
 - Add salt and chicken stock. Mix well.
 - Add soya sauce and stir over heat for 1 minute.
 - Top with spring onions and egg strips.

- 250 grams rice noodles
 - 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 2 eggs - beaten
 - 100 grams bean sprouts
 - ½ " piece fresh ginger - shredded
 - 100 grams cooked ham
 - 100 grams chicken - shredded
 - 2 flakes garlic - finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon chicken stock
 - 2 tablespoons soya sauce
 - 50 grams fresh green onions - finely chopped
