Preparation Method :
- Combine noodles into four portions. Deep-fry each portion in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
- Cut chicken meat into strips. Heat wok, add vegetable oil and stir fry chicken and prawns with garlic.
- Add shredded bamboo shoot, mushrooms and vegetables and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Pour in combined stock, corn flour, soy sauce and five spice powders and simmer for 5 minutes.
- To serve, place noodles on a plate and spoon over chicken and vegetables.
- Serve immediately.

- 500 grams fresh egg noodles
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- 2 whole chicken breast, skinned and boned
- 500 grams green (uncooked) prawns, shelled
- 2 clove garlics, crushed
- 2 piece bamboo shoot, shredded
- 10 Chinese mushrooms, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes and sliced
- 250 gram vegetables (celery, shallots, beans), cut into matchsticks
- 250 ml stock
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Pinch five spice powder
