Preparation Method :
- Shred the vegetables. In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoon oil, reduce heat and add chilli powder. Add garlic. Add the chicken pieces. Fry to pale colour.
- Stir fry in sequence - onion, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. Reduce heat and add the stock and all the other ingredients, except the last one, (cornflour).
- Give one boil and add cornflour paste. Cook till the sauce turns thick. Remove from fire and keep aside.
- To boil the noodles, boil 5 - 6 cups water with 1 teaspoon salt. Boil the noodles in salted water for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain the water. Put the noodles under running water. Rub a little oil over the noodles.
- In a frying pan heat oil, reduce heat, add broken chillies & then chilli powder. Mix in the boiled noodles. Add salt & soya sauce. Fry for 2 min.
- To serve, put noodles on a platter. Pour warm vegetables over it.

- 200 grams shredded chicken
- 3 spring onions - cut into small pieces
- 60 grams bean sprouts
- 30 grams shredded bamboo
- 15 grams shredded mushrooms
- 1 capsicum - shredded
- 1 medium sized carrot - shredded
- 50 grams cabbage - shredded
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 200 ml stock
- ½ teaspoon each of salt, sugar, ajionomoto & pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornflour dissolved in 100 ml water

- 100 grams noodles
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 dried red chillies
- 2 teaspoons soya sauce
- 50 ml Cooking oil
