                    Preparation Method :
- Mix pork cubes with the ingredients of the marinade.
 - Mix all ingredients of the batter together. Coat pork with the batter.
 - Heat oil and drop in pork cubes one by one. Deep fry until well done, over medium heat. Drain.
 - Fry carrots, onion and cucumber for 1 minute & drain.
 - Mix all ingredients of the sauce together.
 - Heat 4 tablespoon oil, fry 2 flakes of minced garlic.
 - Add the ingredients of the sauce mixed together, stirring continuously.
 - Simmer on low flame until thickened. Add pork and vegetables and mix well. Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams pork - cut into 1" cubes
 - 100 grams carrots - cut into tiny cubes
 - 100 grams onion - cut into tiny cubes
 - 100 grams cucumber - cut into tiny cubes
 - 2 flakes garlics - minced
 
Marinade
- 1 teaspoon sherry
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
 
Batter
- 1 egg beaten
 - 1 tablespoon flour
 - 4 tablespoons cornflour
 
Sauce
- 50 grams tomato ketchup
 - 1 teaspoon soya sauce
 - 50 ml vinegar
 - 50 grams sugar
 - 100 ml water
 - 1 tablespoon corn flour
