                    Preparation Method :
- Combine marinade ingredients in basin.
 - Cut pork into strips. pierce with a skewer. Add to marinade, stirring to coat. Let stand 1 hour or over-night in refrigerator.
 - Roast pork Chinese style on a rack over a pan of water, at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
 - Baste with marinade. Reduce heat to 175°C (340° F). Roast a further 10 minutes.
 - Brush pork with honey mixture on each side, and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
 - Slice pork thinly.
 - Serve hot or cold or in combination recipes.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg boneless pork
 - 2 tablespoons honey combined with
 - 2 tablespoons hot water
 
Marinade
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoons dry sherry
 - 5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
 - 2 teaspoons five spice powder
 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar
 - 2 slice fresh ginger root
 - 2 clove garlics, crushed
 - 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - Dash red food coloring
