BEEF WITH SNOW PEAS

Preparation Method :
- Top and tail snow peas and wipe with a damp cloth if necessary. Heat oil in a wok, add snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.
 - Add oyster sauce and toss to coat. Remove and keep warm.
 - Trim meat and cut into four pieces. Heat remaining oil, add meat, garlic and ginger and cook meat is sealed on both sides. Remove and cut meat into strips.
 - Return to the wok and continue stir-frying for a further 5 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
 - Serve topped with sliced chili.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg snow peas
 - 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 3 teaspoons oyster sauce
 - 1 kg rump steak
 - 4 cloves garlics, finely chopped
 - 4 thin slices fresh ginger root, shredded
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 red chilis, seeded and sliced
