BARBECUED SPARE RIBS

                    Preparation Method :
- Combine clove, soy sauce, sherry, hoisin sauce, chicken stock, oil. pour over ribs and marinate 3 hours, turning ribs every hour.
 - Place ribs on a rack over a baking dish containing 2 cm water and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until cooked when tested.
 - Garnish with shallot curls and chilies.
 - Serve on a bed of deep fried spring rain noodles (vermicelli).
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ kg pork spare ribs
 - Shallot curls
 - Red and green chilies
 - Barbecued sauce
 - 4 cloves garlics, crushed
 - 5 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons sherry
 - 5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
 - 2 tablespoons chicken stock
 - 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
