VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

                    Preparation Method :
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil.
 - Add the long-grain white rice to the saucepan and cook for about 15 minutes.
 - Drain the rice well, rinse under cold running water and drain thoroughly again.
 - Heat the peanut oil in a preheated wok or large frying pan (skillet).
 - Add the garlic and Chinese five-spice and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
 - Add the green beans, chopped green (bell) pepper and sliced corn cobs and stir-fry the ingredients in the wok for 2 minutes.
 - Stir the bamboo shoots, tomatoes, peas and rice into the mixture in the wok and stir-fry for 1 further minute.
 - Sprinkle with sesame oil and transfer to serving dishes.
 - Serve immediately.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams long-grain white rice
 - 5 tablespoons IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
 - 4 garlic cloves, crushed
 - 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
 - 100 grams green beans
 - 2 green (bell) pepper, seeded and chopped
 - 8 baby corn cobs, sliced
 - 50 grams bamboo shoots, chopped
 - 5 tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
 - 100 grams cooked peas
 - 2 teaspoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
