FRIED RICE WITH BEEF AND ALMONDS

Preparation Method :
- Combine steak, soy sauce and corn flour. Heat oil in a wok and add steak mixture. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
 - Add onion, capsicum and salt. Stir fry 1 minute. Add rice and almonds, stir frying to blend ingredients. This step can be done off the heat.
 - Place mixture into an oiled ring mould. Press down firmly. Turn out onto round serving plate, garnish and serve.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams steak, thinly sliced and shredded
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons corn flour
 - 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 2 large onions cut in finely shreds
 - 2 medium capsicum cut in fine shreds
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 750 grams hot steamed rice
 - 250 gram almonds, toasted
 
Garnish
- Shallot shreds
 - Extra toasted almonds
