CHICKEN FRIED RICE

Preparation Method :
- Wash rice. Soak in water for half an hour. Cook in rapidly boiling chicken stock.
- When done, strain, spread on a tray. Cool under a fan. Rice should remain separate.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onion till very light brown.
- Add green chillies and ajinomoto.
- Add cabbage and carrot and stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add boiled shredded chicken. Sauté for a minute. Add salt and sugar.
- Add soya sauce. Mix well.
- Add rice. Mix well. Add pepper powder.
- Add spring onions. Mix and remove from fire. Serve hot.

- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 1 onion - finely sliced and chopped
- 2 green chillies - chopped
- ½ teaspoon ajinomoto of a cabbage - thinly sliced and chopped finely
- 1 carrot - finely chopped
- 100 grams boiled chicken - shredded
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 spring onions - finely cut
- 3 teaspoons soya sauce
