Preparation Method :
- Melt butter in a wok and stir-fry steak until it has changed colour.
- Add rice and stir-fry over a high heat until rice is heated through.
- Add seasoning and serve decorated with finely chopped shallots.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams butter
- 500 grams steak, cut into very small dice
- 500 grams cold cooked rice
- Salt and pepper
- 5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- Pinch pepper
- 5 shallots, very finely chopped
