BEEF AND SHALLOT FRIED RICE

Preparation Method :

  • Melt butter in a wok and stir-fry steak until it has changed colour.
  • Add rice and stir-fry over a high heat until rice is heated through.
  • Add seasoning and serve decorated with finely chopped shallots.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams butter
  • 500 grams steak, cut into very small dice
  • 500 grams cold cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • Pinch pepper
  • 5 shallots, very finely chopped
