STEAMED FISH WITH GARLIC AND GINGER

                    Preparation Method :
- Steam cleaned fish pieces with garlic, ginger and oil for 3 - 4 minutes.
 - Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a small saucepan & stir over high heat. Bring to a boil.
 - Add cornflour, stirring continuously till the sauce turns thick.
 - Transfer the cooked fish to a heated serving platter.
 - Pour the sauce all over.
 - Sprinkle finely chopped spring onions.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams cleaned fish fillet (boneless)
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
 - 50 ml Cooking oil
 - 2 spring onions - finely chopped
 
Sauce
- 50 ml chicken stock
 - 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
 - 50 ml Sesame oil
 - ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
 - 1½ tablespoons rice wine
 - 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
 - ¼ teaspoon aji-no-moto
 - 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoons water
