Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add one third of the noodles. Fry until crisp, turning over with tongs during cooking.
- Drain well and repeat until noodles are cooked. Set aside on a warm serving platter.
- Heat oil. Add garlic, onion, carrot, bamboo shoots and corn. Stir fry 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms, cabbage, soy sauce and stock. Cook covered 2 minutes.
- Stir in blended corn flour and stock to thicken.
- Serve hot over fried noodles.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml Cooking oil
- 500 grams fresh noodles
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 small onions, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, sliced and parboiled
- 200 grams bamboo shoots, sliced
- 300 gram mini corns
- 15 fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 300 grams fresh mustard cabbage cut into 3 cm lengths
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons corn flour blended with
- 100 ml vegetable stock
