                    Preparation Method :
- Cook noodles according to crisp fried fresh egg noodles recipe. Arrange noodles on serving platter and keep warm.
 - Combine seafood, ginger, corn flour, soy sauce and sherry, toss to coat.
 - Heat oil. Add seafood and stir-fry 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
 - Heat remaining oil. Add salt and Chinese cabbage stalks, and stir fry 1 minute.
 - Add cabbage leaves, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Cover and cook 2 minutes.
 - Return seafood to reheat.
 - Serve over crisp noodles.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams crisp fried fresh egg noodles
 - 250 grams prawn meat, deveined
 - 250 grams scallops
 - 250 grams prepared squid
 - 250 grams sliced fish fillets
 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root
 - 4 tablespoons corn flour
 - 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
 - 4 tablespoons sherry
 - 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 6 stalks Chinese cabbage cut in 2.5 cm pieces
 - 250 grams sliced bamboo shoots
 - 250 grams straw mushrooms, sliced lengthways
