Preparation Method :
- Heat oil. Add garlic, ginger and shallot, and stir-fry 1 minute. Add beef and stir-fry another minute. Remove from pan.
- Heat remaining oil. Add broccoli, cauliflower, champignons, water chestnuts, snow peas and bean sprouts.
- Stir-fry 1 - 2 minutes. Add stock and return beef.
- Blend corn flour with sherry and soy sauce. Stir in to thicken.
- Serve at once.

- 250 ml beef stock
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
