Preparation Method :
- Drop chicken into boiling water, cook 10 minutes; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, add chicken and stir until well coated with marinade; stand 1 hour, turn occasionally.
- Place chicken and marinade in baking dish, bake in moderate oven 45 minutes, turning chicken frequently.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 chicken drums
- 100 ml honey
- 1 tablespoon brown vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 100 ml light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sate sauce
- 100 grams dry sherry
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
