SATE CHICKEN DRUMS

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Drop chicken into boiling water, cook 10 minutes; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, add chicken and stir until well coated with marinade; stand 1 hour, turn occasionally.
  • Place chicken and marinade in baking dish, bake in moderate oven 45 minutes, turning chicken frequently.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 chicken drums
  • 100 ml honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 100 ml light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sate sauce
  • 100 grams dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
