Preparation Method :
- Combine marinade ingredients. Brush mixture inside and cover chicken.
- Let stand 30 minutes on a rack over a pan of water.
- Drain chicken and roast Chinese style at 180° C until tender.
- Baste and turn chicken four times during cooking for even browning.
- Chop chicken Chinese style Serve hot garnished with shallot shreds.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 kilograms chicken
- 8 shallots, shredded
Marinade
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
