DRY CHILLI CHICKEN

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for atleast 2 hours.
  • Heat oil. Fry green capsicum lightly and remove. Add the marinated chicken pieces along with the marinade. Fry well till it dries up.
  • Mix in the capsicum & serve sprinkled with spring onions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chicken - cut into 2" bite size pieces(if desired it can be boneless)
  • 6 - 8 green capsicum - slit length wise
  • 3 tablespoonsIDHAYAM sesame oil

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ajinomoto
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sherry - optional
  • 1 - 2 spring onions - cut into ½ " pieces
