Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for atleast 2 hours.
- Heat oil. Fry green capsicum lightly and remove. Add the marinated chicken pieces along with the marinade. Fry well till it dries up.
- Mix in the capsicum & serve sprinkled with spring onions.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams chicken - cut into 2" bite size pieces(if desired it can be boneless)
- 6 - 8 green capsicum - slit length wise
- 3 tablespoonsIDHAYAM sesame oil
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 4 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ajinomoto
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sherry - optional
- 1 - 2 spring onions - cut into ½ " pieces
