CRISPY SPICED CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Wash and clean chicken. Dry thoroughly and chop through the bone into 10 or 12 pieces.
- Combine five spice powder and corn flour and toss with chicken.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry chicken pieces in batches, for 5 minutes; drain well.
- Reheat the oil and deep-fry chicken until golden brown and cooked. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and shallots.
- Serve hot with Chinese rice.

- 2 teaspoons five spice powder
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil, for deep-frying
- Lemon wedges
- Shallot curls to garnish
