Preparation Method :
- In a frying pan heat 2 tablespoon oil, reduce heat and add chilli powder. Mix in crushed garlic, fry a little and add chicken pieces. Fry to a pale colour.
- Add chopped spring onions, fry for a minute, add bamboo shoots & fry for 1 minute. Reduce heat.
- Add chicken stock, salt, sugar, pepper, aji-no-moto and soya sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornflour with little water, reduce heat and add it to the chicken, stirring continuously. Add capsicum.
- Further cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Serve hot.

- 500 grams chicken - shredded
- 3 capsicums, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 4 flakes garlics, crushed
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons shredded bamboo shoots
- 200 ml chicken stock
- ¼ teaspoon each of salt, sugar, pepper & aji-no-moto
- 1 teaspoon sherry
- 3 teaspoons soya sauce
- 3 teaspoons cornflour dissolved in 50 ml water
