Preparation Method :
- Remove fat from meat and slice thinly across the grain. Arrange meat, vegetables and noodles attractively on a large serving platter.
 - Heat an electric wok or casserole on a portable heating unit at the table. Bring stock to the boil.
 - Using small wire baskets, guests select and cook their own food in boiling stock.
 - At end of the meal, remaining vegetables, meat and noodles are added to stock and served as a soup.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg lamb or rump steak
 - 4 onions cut in wedges
 - 2 bunch shallots, sliced
 - 250 grams snow peas
 - 250 grams Chinese cabbage, sliced
 - 250 grams bean sprouts
 - 1 red capsicum cut in wedges
 - 250 grams bean curd
 - 250 grams egg noodles, cooked
 - 2 quantity meat stock
