TOFU WITH (BELL) PEPPERS

Preparation Method :
- Using a sharp knife, cut the tofu (bean curd) into bite-sized pieces. Place the tofu (bean curd) in a shallow non-metallic dish.
- Mix together the garlic, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce and drizzle over the tofu (bean curd).
- Toss well to coat and leave to marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the sunflower oil in a large preheated wok.
- Add the onion to the wok and stir-fry over a high heat until brown and crispy.
- Remove the onion with a slotted spoon and leave to drain on absorbent kitchen paper (paper towels).
- Add the tofu (bean curd) to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the sunflower oil from the wok. Add the (bell) pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 2 - 3 minutes, or until softened.
- Return the tofu (bean curd) and onions to the wok and heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Drizzle with sesame oil. Transfer to serving plates and serve immediately.

- 4 cloves garlics, crushed
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 10 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 green (bell) pepper, deseeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
