- Heat oil in a wok. Add salt, white of shallot and bean curd cubes. Stir -fry gently to heat through.
- Add Szechuan sauce and simmer 3 minutes.
- Stir in shallot greens and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 shallots cut into 2 cm lengths
- 750 gram firm bean curd cut in 2 cm dice
- 6 tablespoon Szechuan sauce
