STIR-FRIED BEAN CURD WITH SZECHUAN SAUCE

Serves :

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a wok. Add salt, white of shallot and bean curd cubes. Stir -fry gently to heat through.
  • Add Szechuan sauce and simmer 3 minutes.
  • Stir in shallot greens and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 shallots cut into 2 cm lengths
  • 750 gram firm bean curd cut in 2 cm dice
  • 6 tablespoon Szechuan sauce
