Preparation Method :
- Pierce bean curd with toothpick. Coat evenly with char Sui sauce and marinate 30 minutes.
 - The bean curd can be oven-roasted Chinese style for 20 minutes at 175° C (340°F) or pan fried in oil, turning onto each side during cooking.
 - Cool and slice. Use for stir fry combinations, soups or in fried rice.
 - serve hot.

- 250 grams firm bean curd
 - 3 tablespoons char sui marinade
