BARBECUED BEAN CURD

Preparation Method :

  • Pierce bean curd with toothpick. Coat evenly with char Sui sauce and marinate 30 minutes.
  • The bean curd can be oven-roasted Chinese style for 20 minutes at 175° C (340°F) or pan fried in oil, turning onto each side during cooking.
  • Cool and slice. Use for stir fry combinations, soups or in fried rice.
  • serve hot.

  • 250 grams firm bean curd
  • 3 tablespoons char sui marinade
