MONGOLIAN RICE PUDDING

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put rice and water in a saucepan. Cook until water has been absorbed.
  • Add milk and sugar and cook low heat until mixture thickens.
  • Add walnuts and raisins to heat through.
  • Serve hot, sprinkled with cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tablespoon brown rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 750 ml milk or soy milk
  • 100 grams walnuts coarsely chopped
  • 100 grams raisins
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg
