- To make custard, blend custard powder into soy milk. Heat until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.

- Combine jelly cubes with fruit. Place a little fruit mixture into each of six parfait glasses.
- Top with custard and repeat. Finish with a third layer of fruit mixture.

- 200 grams strawberries
- 4 kiwi fruit peeled, cut into 2 cm dice
