Preparation Method :
- Bring water to the boil in pan, add sago, simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until sago is clear. Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
- Puree watermelon pulp, you will need 1 cup pulp. Stir into sago mixture with coconut cream. Refrigerate covered, until cold.
