CHILLED MELON AND SAGO DESSERT

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Bring water to the boil in pan, add sago, simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until sago is clear. Add sugar, stir until dissolved.
  • Puree watermelon pulp, you will need 1 cup pulp. Stir into sago mixture with coconut cream. Refrigerate covered, until cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams sago
  • 400 ml water
  • 50 grams sugar small piece watermelon
  • 50 ml canned coconut cream
