ALMOND FLOAT

Serves :

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Scald milk, remove from heat and add sugar. Cool slightly then add almond essence; cool.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over water and leave until water is absorbed. Dissolve gelatin over hot water and cool. Stir into milk mixture.
  • When ready to serve, cut almond gelatin into diamond shapes.
  • Place fruit in a serving bowl, arrange diamond shapes on top and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 ml milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • Almond essence
  • 3 tablespoon gelatin
  • 250 ml water
  • Selection of prepared fresh fruit canned lychees
