EGG FLOWER SOUP

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the chicken stock in a large pan.
  • Mix corn flour with water in a separate bowl and then add to the stock.
  • Now add soy sauce, vinegar and spring onion.
  • Bring to a boil and then simmer few minutes. (Stir it occasionally)
  • Gradually stir in the beaten eggs and keep stirring to prevent coagulation. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litres chicken stock
  • 1 spring onion, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
