PAVLOVA

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 hour 10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Gently add the sugar and keep beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Add the cornstarch, vinegar and vanilla and mix it well.
  • Pour this into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Cool it completely.
  • Serve it with sliced fruit (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, passionfruit, bananas, blueberries) and top with whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
