MANGO MOUSSE

Serves :
2

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Puree the mango slices (reserve few slices for garnishing).
  • Add lemon juice and sugar.
  • Mix gelatine with hot water and add to mango puree.
  • Gently stir in the cream into mango puree.
  • Refrigerate it until set.                           
  • Decorate with mango slices.                              
  • Serve it. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams mangoes, drained and sliced
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 grams sugar
  • ½ tablespoon gelatine
  • 60 ml boiling water
  • 250 ml whipped cream
